Part 1 - This book will suck you in and spit you back out in shattered pieces!!!That's where I'm at right now; shattered! I knew when I started reading the first page that it was going to be a whirlwind of emotions but it still didn't prepare me!
Marcus Tandem is a man on a mission. Tall, dark, broody, domineering and hot as hell; he'll let nothing get in his way to acquiring his grandfather's business that he's run for the past 10 yrs.
Katia is not in a good place; with a shit job that doesn't pay enough and works her to the bone along with taking care of her sick Mom; it's easy when Marcus swoops into her life making things better & giving her the best sex of her life!! Unfortunately, Katia turns out to be Marcus's mission and she gets sucked into his world falling fast and hard. She's gives him all of herself and what she gets in return will make your head spin!
This story is not for the faint hearted.
Part 2 - It's scary to think of the things we do when in despair!
Marcus Tandem shattered Katia's heart but in doing so he also took away everything that ever meant anything to him. We see the depths of both Marcus and Katia's despair. It's heartbreaking and utterly destroying. When a life and death situation arises, Katia knows she must end things with Marcus, and so she calls upon her estranged father for help. Pierre steps up to the plate without batting an eyelash and comes to Katia's rescue. From there, she knows what she must do to be able to move on, although she feels she won't be to handle seeing the man she gave everything to.
Marcus has done everything he could to try and find Katia from the moment she disappeared, so when she shows up, he will stop at nothing to get to talk to her. His attempts make her run each time. Katia is called upon with an emergency that she must leave in time to make, but Marcus captures her on her way, making her too late which in turn destroys her very being even more so. She is left an empty shell. She wants revenge this time and plans on making Marcus pay! She is also trying to keep a secret from him. Their journey will take you into dark depths. You will feel the despair, the heartbreak, even the love and passion they have for each other. It's one hell of a ride they take. I absolutely loved the ending. This story made me laugh, cry, and my heart burst with all the emotional angst. This series is a definite read in my book!

Huge dark romance lover, and my best friend told me Bella Jewel is a must read author. I am so glad I read the Til Death series. It was hot, dark, gritty but most of all a FANTASTIC Love Story, just wow I am speechless.
Marcus was a man who was closed off, gets what he want's when he wants it.
Katia was a women who just wanted to have that extraordinary love and she thought she had it with Marcus.
But he is hiding a deadly secret that will permanently ruin there already rough relationship.
Secrets will come out, hearts are broken.
Can Marcus and Katia's relationship survive?

This book was extremely good. So good that I didn't put it down until the end. It was powerful in that the first book was maddening. I don't know how she stayed through all of that but it was a trip. The second book was what kept me reading. Her life in the second book was horrible. It was so hard to read about her mother. The end of the book was just as it needed to be. I was very pleased with this book. The only changes I would make would be a little less sex. One or two sex scenes are fine but every other chapter becomes a little much.
I think that the author was trying to write a story about two people who were just so crazy in love that they were consumed by it and it made them do crazy stupid things. However, the two main characters in this story were just plain crazy and I wasn’t buying this deep all consuming love that they had for each other. Katia was just ridiculous an annoyingly stupid and clueless. I could not stand her character, she had me doing a lot of eye roll. Marcus, I got nothing from him, there was nothing alpha male about him he just came off as an A hole. All they did was just sex sex sex and then the way blown out of proportion drama that was just stupid.
Ok, truthfully the only reason I bought this is because while reading the Jokers Wrath box set Marcus and Katia intrigued me beyond belief. With just their very small small part you just knew their was a fantastic story to be told. And I wasn't wrong.
Marcus and Katia were everything I expected and more. They held me from start to finish threw both books. Their were times I thought my heart was breaking right along with Katia. Or the anguish I felt right along with Marcus. The shock and anxiety of Katia' s actions.
This book was everything I wanted and more. I would gladly recommend this book to others.
Now because I am just as intrigued with Max and Belle who also made an appearance in Jokers Wrath I will be getting Flawed Heart and Flawed Love.
And for those of you who read Jokers Wrath and loved them Mack and Jaylah make appearances in this two book set.
I'm sad to say I had to force myself to finish the "Til Death" duo. Very amateur writing, horrendous grammar mistakes that a second grader could've picked out, & characters that I didn't like or feel any emotional connection with at all. So many things throughout the story were too fantastical to believe they would've ever really happened, & then other things weren't explained at all & the reader is left to make their own assumptions. Nearing the end, I felt that I had been watching a few hours of a daytime soap opera, & although I was mildly entertained for a little while, I knew sadly that once I closed the book I wouldn't remember it or remember any one great thing I got from it. The two stars are for keeping me mildly entertained when I was bored. Skip these books, there are better out there, for sure.
